Receivables Locations. Annexed hereto as Schedule 5.14 is a list showing all places at which Borrower maintains, or will maintain, records relating to Receivables.
Receivables Locations. Annexed hereto as Schedule 5.14 is a list showing all places at which Borrower maintains, or will maintain, records relating to Receivables. Borrower will provide Lender thirty (30) days prior written notice by means of an Authenticated Record of any new location where Borrower maintains records relating to Receivables or closes any location where it maintained records related to Receivables. Prior to Borrower opening or closing any such location, Borrower shall obtain agreements with such bank or financial institution and Lender in form and content acceptable to Lender in its discretion.

  • Collateral Locations All of such Grantor’s locations where Collateral is located are listed on Exhibit A. All of said locations are owned by such Grantor except for locations (i) which are leased by the Grantor as lessee and designated in Part VII(b) of Exhibit A and (ii) at which Inventory is held in a public warehouse or is otherwise held by a bailee or on consignment as designated in Part VII(c) of Exhibit A.
