Receivables and other Excluded Funds. Buyer shall be under no obligation to collect on behalf of Seller any receivables or other funds included in the Excluded Assets and described in Section 1.9(c) above. With respect to receivables, Buyer shall be free to treat the interests of any party with a delinquent receivable in any manner deemed appropriate by Buyer.
