Filing and Recording of Assignments, etc. Buyer shall be solely responsible for all filings and recording of assignments and other documents related to the Assets and for all fees connected therewith, and Buyer shall furnish copies of all such filed and/or recorded documents to Seller. Seller shall not be responsible for any loss to Buyer because of Buyer's failure to file or record documents correctly or promptly. Buyer shall promptly file all appropriate forms, declarations or bonds with federal and state agencies relative to its assumption of operations and Seller shall cooperate with Buyer in connection with such filings.

Seller shall not be responsible for any loss to Buyer because of Buyer's failure to file or record documents correctly or promptly. Buyer shall promptly file all appropriate forms, declarations or bonds with federal and state agencies relative to its assumption of operations and Seller shall cooperate with Buyer in connection with such filings. Buyer shall also comply with all notice provisions contained in the Leases or otherwise applicable to the transfer of the Assets.

Buyer shall furnish Seller with copies of all filings made by it pursuant to this Agreement and of the pertinent recording data pertaining to same. Seller shall not be responsible for any loss to Buyer because of Buyer's failure to file or record documents correctly or promptly. Buyer shall promptly file all appropriate forms or declarations with the MMS, DOC, SMB, DEQ and BLM and any other applicable Governmental Body relative to this Agreement and its assumption of the Leases (and operations, if Buyer becomes the operator), and Seller shall cooperate with Buyer in connection with such filings.

Optionor shall not be responsible for any loss to Optionee because of Optionee’s failure to file or record documents correctly or promptly. Optionee shall promptly file all appropriate forms, declarations or bonds with federal and state agencies relative to its assumption of operations and Optionor shall cooperate with Optionee in connection with such filings.

Buyer shall furnish Sellers with copies of all filings made by it pursuant to this Agreement and of the pertinent recording data pertaining to same. Sellers shall not be responsible for any loss to Buyer because of Buyer's failure to file or record documents correctly or promptly. Buyer shall promptly file all appropriate forms or declarations with the MMS relative to this Agreement and its assumption of the Leases (and operations, if any Seller is currently the Operator and if Buyer becomes the operator), and Sellers shall cooperate with Buyer in connection with such filings.
Filing and Recording of Assignments, etc. Assignee shall be solely responsible for all filings and the prompt recording of assignments and other documents related to the transfer of the Assets as contemplated hereunder, including but not limited to this Conveyance, and for all fees connected therewith, and Assignee shall furnish certified copies of all such filed and/or recorded documents to Assignor. Assignor shall not be responsible for any loss to Assignee because of Assignee’s failure to file or record documents, including but not limited to this Conveyance, correctly or promptly. Assignee shall promptly file all appropriate forms, declarations or bonds with federal and state agencies relative to its assumption of operations and Assignor shall cooperate with Assignee in connection with such filings. Assignee shall also comply with all notice provisions contained in the Leases or otherwise applicable to the transfer of the Assets. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD unto Assignee, its successors and assigns, forever.
Filing and Recording of Assignments, etc. Seller shall be solely responsible for recording of the sale and assignments and any other documents related to the Assets and Seller shall promptly provide Buyer with recorded copies of same.
