Common use of Receipt of Information Clause in Contracts

Receipt of Information. The Purchaser has had an opportunity to ask questions and receive answers from the Company regarding the terms and conditions of the issuance and sale of the Purchased Securities and the business, properties, prospects and financial condition of the Company and to obtain any additional information requested and has received and considered all information it deems relevant to make an informed decision to purchase the Purchased Securities. Neither such inquiries nor any other investigation conducted by or on behalf of such Purchaser or its representatives or counsel shall modify, amend or affect such Purchaser’s right to rely on the truth, accuracy and completeness of such information and the Company’s representations and warranties contained in this Agreement.

Receipt of Information. The Purchaser has had an opportunity to ask questions and receive answers from the Company regarding the terms and conditions of the issuance and sale of the Purchased Securities and the business, properties, prospects and financial condition of the Company and to obtain any additional information requested and has received and considered all information it deems relevant to make an informed decision to purchase the Purchased Securities. Neither such inquiries nor any other investigation conducted by or on behalf of such Purchaser or its representatives or counsel shall modify, amend or affect such Purchaser’s 's right to rely on the truth, accuracy and completeness of such information and the Company’s 's representations and warranties contained in this Agreement.
