Common use of Receipt of Approvals Clause in Contracts

Receipt of Approvals. All approvals, consents and/or waivers, including any approvals required by any federal or state governmental regulatory agency, that are necessary to effect the transactions contemplated hereby shall have been received and all waiting periods thereunder shall have expired.
