Common use of Recall Pool Clause in Contracts

Recall Pool. Employees who have been notified of their reduction or lay- off, may request placement in the Recall Pool by notifying the Human Resources office within fifteen (15) working days of the effective date of the reduction or lay-off. Recall shall be made on the basis of classification seniority.
