Recall Pool. Employees who are bumped to a lower job classification or laid off from employment with FVRL shall be placed in the recall pool for consideration for future vacancies. An Employee working a schedule of forty (40) hours per week. An Employee working a schedule of at least seven (7) but less than forty (40) hours per week.
