REBIDDING Clause Samples

The REBIDDING clause establishes the right or process for parties to submit revised bids or proposals after an initial round of bidding. Typically, this clause outlines the circumstances under which rebidding is permitted, such as when all initial bids are deemed unsatisfactory or if project requirements change, and may specify timelines or procedures for submitting new bids. Its core function is to ensure fairness and competitiveness in procurement or contract award processes by allowing parties to improve their offers or address deficiencies identified in the original submissions.
