The Reasonable Availability clause requires parties to make themselves accessible and responsive to each other within reasonable limits during the course of their agreement. In practice, this means that each party must be reachable for communications, meetings, or decision-making as needed, but not necessarily at all times or on an urgent basis. Reasonable Availability. Customer shall provide reasonable availability of proper Customer representative(s) to VSI in VSI’s efforts to resolve a Problem.
Reasonable Availability. An employee shall be considered reasonably available for purposes of equalization of overtime unless he or she is in one or more of the following circumstances:
a) Already scheduled to work regular hours during the overtime assignment period (employee may be available for those portions on an overtime assignment not in conflict with regular hours).
b) If the overtime assignment would cause the employee to work more than 16 hours in any 24 hour period.
c) If an employee is on a scheduled vacation period (including pass days and any holidays occurring during this vacation period).
d) If the employee is on sick leave or physically unable to perform the work required during the overtime period.
e) If the employee is on temporary assignment as provided in paragraph 9.
f) If the employee is on Departmental ordered suspension.
g) If the employee is on Departmental approved administrative leave.
h) If the employee is on lay-off status.
Reasonable Availability. The Parties agree that ▇▇▇▇ shall hold himself open to consult, provide information or assistance, or otherwise cooperate with Mannatech as specified in this paragraph, two (2) hours per month (at no charge) during the period under which Payment Installments are made, as follows: two (2) hours per month shall, if unused, carry over from month to month, up to a maximum of six (6) hours in any month, at no charge to Mannatech ("Allotted Time"). If Chardon Schools is not using an item, it will ensure that access to and use of the Collection is available for GCA and other local education and arts organizations in Geauga County during normal business hours, subject to Chardon Schools’ practices and procedures governing facility access, and after receiving notice of the request to access at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance.
