REALIZACE. This AGREEMENT shall not be considered accepted, approved, or otherwise effective until signed below by the appropriate PARTIES. Each of the PARTIES hereto represents and warrants that the person signing below on such PARTY’S behalf has the authority to enter into this AGREEMENT, and that this AGREEMENT does not conflict with any existing agreement or obligation of such PARTY. This AGREEMENT including its attachments is executed in both English and Czech language. In the event of any discrepancy between the two language versions including its attachments, the Czech version shall prevail. Tato SMLOUVA nebude považována za přijatou, schválenou ani jinak účinnou, dokud nebude níže podepsána příslušnými STRANAMI. Každá ze STRAN tímto prohlašuje a zaručuje, že osoba podepsaná níže jménem dané STRANY je oprávněná k uzavření této SMLOUVY a že tato SMLOUVA není v rozporu s jakoukoliv jinou stávající smlouvou této STRANY.
