  • STATE PROPERTY The Provider shall be responsible for the proper custody and care of any Department or State owned property furnished for the Provider's use in connection with the performance of this Agreement, and the Provider will reimburse the Department for its loss or damage, normal wear and tear excepted.

An owner's agent must perform the broker’s minimum duties above and must inform the owner of any material information about the property or transaction known by the agent, including information disclosed to the agent or subagent by the buyer or buyer’s agent. AS AGENT FOR BUYER/TENANT: The broker becomes the buyer/tenant's agent by agreeing to represent the buyer, usually through a written representation agreement. A buyer's agent must perform the broker’s minimum duties above and must inform the buyer of any material information about the property or transaction known by the agent, including information disclosed to the agent by the seller or seller’s agent.

  • Real Estate All real property at any time owned or leased (as lessee or sublessee) by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Private Property The Licensee shall be subject to all laws, by-laws and/or regulations regarding private property in the course of constructing, installing, operating and maintaining the Cable Television System in the Town.   • Real Estate Taxes and Special Assessments The 2022 calendar year real estate taxes due and payable in 2023 shall be paid by Seller. Seller shall credit Buyer(s) at closing for said 2022 real estate taxes payable in 2023 based on the most recent ascertainable tax figures. Xxxxx is responsible for all subsequent real estate taxes.

  • Damage to State Property A. In the event of loss, destruction, or damage to any System Agency or State of Texas owned, leased, or occupied property or equipment by Grantee or Grantee’s employees, agents, Subcontractors, or suppliers, Grantee shall be liable to System Agency and the State of Texas for the full cost of repair, reconstruction, or replacement of the lost, destroyed, or damaged property.
