Common use of Readjustment of Sublimits Clause in Contracts

Readjustment of Sublimits. The Sublimits established under the Credit Facility Agreement can be readjusted by the Bank at the Main Borrower’s request, in compliance with the Credit Facility Agreement and only if the value of the available Sublimit corresponding to the Sublimit to be decreased is equal to or higher than the value by which another Sublimit is intended to be supplemented.
