Readiness Review Overview. EOHHS or its designee shall conduct a Readiness Review of the Contractor to verify the Contractor’s assurances that the Contractor is ready and able to perform satisfactorily in each of the areas set forth in 42 CFR 438.66(d)(4) and to meet its obligations under the Contract.
