Common use of Reactivation Fee Clause in Contracts

Reactivation Fee. Projects halted by Client request or paused due to a repeated lack of response (meaning three or more emails and/or telephone messages without response over no less than a fourteen (14) day period) from Client may be, at Consultant’s sole discretion, subject to a reactivation fee. A reactivation fee is twenty percent (20%) of the current estimated project cost.
