RE-TENDERING AND HANDOVER. 56.1 In the event that a different organisation is required to take on the Services at the expiry or termination of the Framework Agreement or Contract, the Contractor shall co-operate in arrangements for the transfer so as to reduce to a minimum any interruption in the Services.
