Re: Professional Fees. Professional fees will be reimbursed for all nurses. In the event a nurse leaves the employ of the Employer for any reason prior to the expiry of a period which the Employer has already paid for the nurse’s professional fees, the pro rata of the fees paid by the Employer for the period the nurse is no longer employed and providing services shall be owed to the Employer by the nurse and may be set-off by the Employer against any final pay owing to the nurse.
