Re-Enter Sample Clauses

Re-Enter. The words “re-enter,” “re-entry” and “re-entered” as used in this Ground Lease shall not be considered to be restricted to their technical legal meanings.
Re-Enter. In the event of any such material default by Tenant, Landlord shall also have the right, with or without terminating this Lease, to reenter the Premises and remove all persons and property from the Premises; such property may be removed and stored in a public warehouse or elsewhere at the cost of and for the account of Tenant.

  • Right to Re-enter In the event of any such default by Tenant, Landlord shall have the right, after terminating this Lease, to re-enter the Premises and remove all persons and property. Such property may be removed and stored in a public warehouse or elsewhere at the cost of and for the account of Tenant, and disposed of by Landlord in any manner permitted by law.

  • Right to Enter In permitting the use of the Facility described herein, Alamo Colleges District does not relinquish control or custody thereof and does hereby specifically retain the right to enforce any and all laws, rules and/or policies and procedures of Alamo Colleges District applicable thereto. All portions of the Facility will at all times be under the charge and control of Alamo Colleges District. Alamo Colleges District’s agent or other authorized representative of Alamo Colleges District may enter upon the Facility at all times to make inspections to ensure compliance with this Agreement.

  • Joint Enterprise Each Borrower has requested that Agent and Lenders make this credit facility available to Borrowers on a combined basis, in order to finance Borrowers’ business most efficiently and economically. Borrowers’ business is a mutual and collective enterprise, and the successful operation of each Borrower is dependent upon the successful performance of the integrated group. Borrowers believe that consolidation of their credit facility will enhance the borrowing power of each Borrower and ease administration of the facility, all to their mutual advantage. Borrowers acknowledge that Agent’s and Lenders’ willingness to extend credit and to administer the Collateral on a combined basis hereunder is done solely as an accommodation to Borrowers and at Borrowers’ request.

  • Continuity of Business Enterprise The Target operates at least one significant historic business line, or owns at least a significant portion of its historic business assets, in each case within the meaning of Reg. Section 1.368-1(d).
