Re‐direction Of Effort. As of the Effective Date, the Members have not identified any anticipated redirection of fishing effort resulting from Sector formation and operations. The Members anticipate that their level of participation in other federal and state fisheries for which they are licensed to fish will remain consistent with previous levels of participation. Pursuant to the requirements of Amendment 16, the Sector shall report all Member fishing activity known to it as part of its annual report.
