The Members anticipate that their level of participation in other federal and state fisheries for which they are licensed to fish will remain consistent with previous levels of participation. Pursuant to the requirements of Amendment 16, the Sector shall report all Member fishing activity known to it as part of its annual report.

The vast majority of federal permits enrolled in IV Northeast Fishery Sector have been enrolled in the sector for 10 fishing years of more.
