Common use of Re-credentialing Clause in Contracts

Re-credentialing. Participating Practice shall cooperate with the re-evaluation of their credentials at such intervals, as DentaQuest shall determine, but not more frequently than every two years. Such evaluation may take into account a review of Participating Practice's past performance and practice patterns, and a review of dental records and evaluations pertaining to the Participating Practice's participation in the delivery of dental care.
