Re-Certification. Re-certification shall be based on three years performance and be conducted before the expiry date of certificate. The non-conformity raised in re-certification audit should be closed before the expiry date of certificate. Re-certification program verifies overall continuing effectiveness of the customer’s management system in its entirety. DAPL shall re-issue the certificate after completing review from the technical committee.
