Common use of Re-Certification Clause in Contracts

Re-Certification. Every three (3) years Keyn Certification will automatically review the Client’s certification and, subject to the satisfactory results from the surveillance audits and/or the re-certification audit (including all corrective actions which have been agreed between the Client and the Keyn Certification audit team and completed), Keyn Certification will re-issue the Client’s certification and the Certificate of Approval. It should be noted that this needs to be completed before expiry of the current Certificate of Approval to preserve the continuity of the certification. Once completed, certification will be reconfirmed.
