RDOs Public Holidays and Christmas Annual Leave Closedown. For 2007, the scheduling of Rostered Days Off and the Christmas Annual Leave shutdown will be in accordance with the Construction Industry scheduling of Rostered Days Off and Christmas Annual Leave shutdown as set out in Appendix B. It is the intention of the parties that the scheduling of Rostered Days Off and Christmas Annual Leave shutdown after 2007 will be agreed between the Employer and the majority of the employees concerned and the ETU State Secretary (via the relevant full time ETU Official). In the event of a dispute as to this matter arising, the matter shall be referred to the Disputes Board for determination in accordance with clause 12.2.11 of the Common Clauses of this Agreement. In respect of metal engineering construction projects, the Disputes Board will take into account the need to have uniformity of the scheduling of RDOs on the particular project. Overtime will not be worked on any lockdown weekend (including those in 2007, 2008, 2009 & 2010) without the agreement of the parties. Agreement shall not be unreasonably withheld.
