RCM Services. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and to RCM’s Transaction Documents, and in consideration of the Introducer providing the Specified Financial Services exclusively to RCM, RCM will provide the RCM Services to the Introducer, including undertaking Transactions with the Customers.
