Common use of RCA Clause in Contracts

RCA. (a) Will designate an employee who acts in the role of RCA’s Privacy Officer and, on request, will communicate that designation and any changes to the designation to the Athlete as soon as the circumstances permit; (b) May collect Personal Information from the Athlete, including medical information, and will respect the confidentiality of Personal Information supplied by the Athlete to RCA by not using or disclosing this information except for purposes consistent with the reason for which it was collected and by not supplying this information to outside parties without the consent of the Athlete, unless required to do so by law or in accordance with RCA’s anti- doping policies; (c) ▇▇▇▇, on request of the Athlete, confirm whether it considers specific recordings, technology, tactics, methods, logistics or other information confidential as soon as the circumstances permit; and
