Common use of Rating Information Clause in Contracts

Rating Information. The Company will provide to the Administrative Agent promptly upon obtaining knowledge thereof, notice of any change in the rating assigned by S&P, Moody’s, or Fitch to the Company’s Long-Term Indebtedness and the date of such change, provided that the Company’s failure to provide any of the foregoing information shall be deemed not to be a Default or an Event of Default hereunder.
