Rating Agency Letters. The Representative shall have received evidence satisfactory to them that the Notes shall be rated in accordance with the applicable Terms Agreement by each Note Rating Agency. The Bank will furnish the Representative, or cause it to be furnished with, such number of conformed copies of such opinions, certificates, letters and documents as they reasonably requests.
