Common use of Ratified Agreement Clause in Contracts

Ratified Agreement. Copies of the ratified Agreement shall be made available by the Board to all members of the bargaining unit and to the public on the SVCC website. Five (5) printed copies will be delivered to the President of the Association. The President’s Office will provide each new employee with a printed copy of the Agreement upon official employment by the college.
