Ratification of Trust Agreement. As supplemented by this Series 2004-A Trust Supplement, the Master Trust Agreement is in all respects ratified and confirmed, and the Master Trust Agreement as so supplemented by this Series 2004-A Trust Supplement shall be read, taken and construed as one and the same instrument.
Ratification of Trust Agreement. Except as expressly amended hereby, the Trust Agreement is in all respects ratified and confirmed and all the terms, conditions and provisions thereof shall remain in full force and effect. This Amendment shall form a part of the Trust Agreement for all purposes, and every Person party hereto or that is otherwise made a party to or bound by the Trust Agreement from time to time shall be bound hereby.

If any term of this Third Trust Supplement conflicts with any term of the Trust Agreement, this Third Trust Supplement shall control for purposes of the Series 1998-1 Certificates.

As supplemented by this Fifth Terms Supplement, the Trust Agreement is in all respects ratified and confirmed, and the Trust Agreement as so supplemented by this Fifth Terms Supplement shall be read, taken and construed as one and the same instrument. Each addition to and amendment of the Trust Agreement contained herein is solely for purposes of the 2000-I Notes and shall have no effect on any other Series of Notes issued pursuant to the Trust Agreement. If any term of this Fifth Terms SUPPLEMENT conflicts with any term of the Trust Agreement, this Fifth Terms Supplement shall CONTROL FOR PURPOSES of the 2000-I Notes.

Ratification of Trust Agreement. On the Effective Date, each Holder of a Claim will be deemed to have ratified, and shall become bound by, the terms of this Trust as set forth in the Plan.

If any term of this Third Terms Supplement conflicts with any term of the Trust Agreement, this Third Terms Supplement shall control for purposes of the 1999-I Notes.

If any term of this Second Terms Supplement conflicts with any term of the Trust Agreement, this Second Terms Supplement shall control for purposes of the 1999 Notes.
