Common use of RATIFICATION OF PERFECTION CERTIFICATES Clause in Contracts

RATIFICATION OF PERFECTION CERTIFICATES. Borrower hereby ratifies, confirms and reaffirms, all and singular, the terms and disclosures contained in those certain Perfection Certificates dated as of August 11, 2014 and December 30, 2014 delivered by Borrower to Bank, and acknowledges, confirms and agrees the disclosures and information Borrower provided to Bank in said Perfection Certificates have not changed, as of the date hereof.

RATIFICATION OF PERFECTION CERTIFICATES. Borrower hereby ratifies, confirms and reaffirms, all and singular, the terms and disclosures contained in those certain Perfection Certificates dated as of August 11September 19, 2014 and December 30, 2014 delivered by Borrower to Bank2023, and acknowledges, confirms and agrees that the disclosures and information Borrower provided to Bank in said such Perfection Certificates have not changedchanged (other than as set forth in written notices to Bank), as of the date hereof.

RATIFICATION OF PERFECTION CERTIFICATES. Except as provided on Schedule 2 attached hereto, Borrower hereby ratifies, confirms and reaffirms, all and singular, the terms and disclosures contained in those s certain Perfection Certificates dated as of August 11January 31, 2014 and December 30, 2014 delivered by Borrower to Bank2019, and acknowledges, confirms and agrees that, except as provided on Schedule 2 attached hereto, the disclosures and information Borrower provided to Bank in said such Perfection Certificates have not changed, as of the date hereof.
