Common use of RATIFICATION OF PERFECTION CERTIFICATES Clause in Contracts

RATIFICATION OF PERFECTION CERTIFICATES. A. Parent hereby ratifies, confirms and reaffirms, all and singular, the terms and disclosures contained in a certain Perfection Certificate of Parent dated as of December 26, 2019, and acknowledges, confirms and agrees the disclosures and information Parent provided to Bank in such Perfection Certificate have not changed, as of the date hereof.

RATIFICATION OF PERFECTION CERTIFICATES. A. (a) Parent hereby ratifies, confirms and reaffirms, all and singular, the terms and disclosures contained in a certain Perfection Certificate of Parent dated as of December 26September 21, 20192021 (the “Parent Perfection Certificate”) delivered by Parent to Bank, and acknowledges, confirms and agrees that the disclosures and information Parent provided to Bank in such the Parent Perfection Certificate have not changed, as of the date hereof.

RATIFICATION OF PERFECTION CERTIFICATES. A. (a) Parent Borrower hereby ratifies, confirms and reaffirms, all and singular, the terms and disclosures contained in a certain Perfection Certificate of Parent Borrower dated as of December 26August 7, 20192015, and acknowledges, confirms and agrees that the disclosures and information Parent Borrower provided to Bank in such Perfection Certificate have not changed, as of the date hereof.

RATIFICATION OF PERFECTION CERTIFICATES. A. (a) Parent Borrower hereby ratifies, confirms and reaffirms, all and singular, the terms and disclosures contained in a certain Perfection Certificate of Parent Borrower dated as of December 26July 25, 20192022 (the “Parent Borrower Perfection Certificate”), and acknowledges, confirms and agrees that the disclosures and information Parent Borrower provided to Bank in such the Parent Borrower Perfection Certificate have not changed, as of the date hereof.
