RATIFICATION OF LOAN DOCUMENTS AND COLLATERAL. The Loan Documents are ratified and affirmed by Borrower and will remain in full force and effect as modified herein, and as those Loan Documents may have been amended, restated or otherwise modified. Any property or rights to or interest in property granted as security in the Loan Documents will remain as security for the Loan and the obligations of Borrower in the Loan Documents. Each reference in any Loan Document to any other Loan Document will be a reference to such Loan Document as modified by this Amendment or as otherwise restated, amended or modified.
