Common use of Ratification of Loan Agreement Clause in Contracts

Ratification of Loan Agreement. Except as expressly amended herein, all terms, covenants and conditions of the Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents shall remain in full force and effect, and the parties hereto do expressly ratify and confirm the Loan Agreement as amended herein. All future references to the Loan Agreement shall be deemed to refer to the Loan Agreement as amended hereby.

All future references to From and after the Modification Effective Date, the term “Loan Agreement Agreement” shall be deemed to mean and refer to the Loan Agreement Agreement, as amended herebyby this Modification Agreement. In the event of any conflict between the terms of the Loan Agreement and the terms of this Modification Agreement, the provisions of this Modification Agreement shall control.
