The City and MVCEA acknowledge that this MOU shall be in full force and effect once ratified by the bargaining unit and adopted by the Mayor and City Council. Subject to the foregoing, this MOU is hereby executed by the authorized representatives of the City and Association, and entered into this 18th day of October, 2022.
