Common use of Ratification, Etc Clause in Contracts

Ratification, Etc. Except as expressly provided for herein, the Loan Agreement and all documents, instruments and agreements related thereto, including but not limited to, the Security Documents, are hereby ratified and confirmed in all respects and shall continue in full force and effect. The Loan Agreement and this Agreement shall be read and construed as a single agreement. This Agreement shall constitute one of the Loan Documents and the obligations of the Borrowers and Guarantors under this Agreement shall constitute Obligations for all purposes of the Loan Documents. All references in the Loan Agreement, the Loan Documents or any related agreement or instrument to the Loan Agreement shall hereafter refer to the Loan Agreement as amended hereby.
