If a notice is required pursuant to the immediately preceding sentence, the Company may not pay the Securities (except payment (i) in Qualified Capital Stock issued by the Company to pay interest on the Securities or issued in exchange for the Securities, (ii) in securities substantially identical to the Securities issued by the Company in payment of interest accrued thereon or (iii) securities issued by the Company which are subordinated to the Senior Indebtedness at least to the same extent as the Securities and have a Weighted Average Life to Maturity at least equal to the remaining Weighted Average Life to Maturity of the Securities), until five Business Days after the respective Representative of the Designated Senior Indebtedness receives notice (at the address specified in the preceding sentence) of such acceleration and thereafter may pay the Securities only if the provisions of this Article Seven otherwise permit payment at that time.

If any Designated Senior Indebtedness is outstanding, neither the Company (in the case of any Designated Senior Indebtedness of the Company) nor any Subsidiary Guarantor (in the case of any Designated Senior Indebtedness of such Subsidiary Guarantor) may pay the Securities, either directly or pursuant to the Subsidiary Guarantee, until five Business days after the Representative of such Designated Senior Indebtedness receives notice of such acceleration and, thereafter, the Company (in the case of any Designated Senior Indebtedness of the Company) or such Subsidiary Guarantor (in the case of any Designated Senior Indebtedness of such Subsidiary Guarantor) may pay the Securities, either directly or pursuant to the Subsidiary Guarantee, only if this Article X otherwise permits payments at that time.
