Ratification/Effective Dates. This Agreement shall become effective on July 1 immediately preceding the school year the Agreement is in effect, and shall expire on June 30 of the following year. This Agreement may be amended or modified during this contract year only with written mutual consent of the parties, court order or governmental action. If the parties reach an Agreement via the negotiation process, ratification shall occur pursuant to the provisions of Idaho Code, and each party shall provide the other with written notice of ratification.
