Common use of Ratification; Conflicts Clause in Contracts

Ratification; Conflicts. Except as specifically amended or modified herein, each and every term, covenant, and condition of the Original DDA, as amended by the DDA First Amendment and the DDA Second Amendment, is hereby ratified and shall remain in full force and effect. In the event of a conflict between the Original DDA as amended by the DDA First Amendment, the DDA Second Amendment and this Amendment, this Amendment shall prevail.
