Ratification; Conflicts. The Agreement as supplemented by this Amendment No. 3 is ratified and confirmed, and shall remain in full force and effect. In the event of any conflict between the terms of the Agreement and this Amendment No. 3, the terms and provisions of this Amendment No. 3 shall govern and control.

Except as amended and/or modified by this First Amendment, the Lease is hereby ratified and confirmed and all other terms of the Lease shall remain in full force and effect, unaltered and unchanged by this First Amendment. Xxxxxx xx xxxxxxxxally amended hereby, nothing herein shall otherwise modify, reduce, amend or otherwise supplement the terms and provisions of the Employment Agreement which are hereby ratified and affirmed and shall remain in full force and effect in accordance with its terms. In the event of any conflict between any provision of this Amendment No. 1 and any provision of the Employment Agreement, the provisions of this Amendment No. 1 shall be controlling.
