Common use of Ratification; Conflicts Clause in Contracts

Ratification; Conflicts. Except as expressly modified pursuant to this Agreement, all of the terms, representations, warranties, covenants, indemnifications and other provisions of the Original Loan Agreement and the Loan Documents are unmodified, shall continue in full force and effect and are hereby ratified and confirmed. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between the terms, covenants, and provisions of this Agreement and those of the Original Loan Agreement or the Loan Documents, the terms, covenants, and provisions of this Agreement shall control.
