Ratification; Conflicts. Any and all conflicts or inconsistencies between the terms and provisions of this Addendum and the Credit Agreement shall be governed and controlled by the terms and provisions of this Addendum. Except as modified hereby, the Security Agreement and the Guaranty Agreement remain in full force and effect according to their terms.
