RATIFICATION AND EXECUTION. The City and MVMA acknowledge that this Memorandum of Understanding shall not be in full force and effective until ratified by the bargaining unit and approved by the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Valley City Council. Subject to the foregoing, this Memorandum of Understanding is hereby executed by the authorized representatives of the City and Association, and entered into this 8th day of September, 2015.
