Rate Studies Sample Clauses

Rate Studies. Notwithstanding the generally applicable rate adjustment set forth in Section 7.1, unless otherwise agreed by the parties: (i) rate studies shall be performed every three (3) years in the third quarter of the applicable year, with the first such study to occur in the third quarter of District’s 2019 fiscal year; and (ii) Provider and District shall meet in the second quarter of each year (with the first such meeting to occur in 2017) to determine whether an interim rate study is desirable or required. All rate studies to be performed hereunder shall be subject to the following terms, provisions and requirements:
