CONSULTANT QUALIFICATIONS. Consultant represents that Consultant has at least 5 years of HR consulting experience and is a dual member of the Association and SHRM. Consultant further represents that at all times that Consultant is providing HR consulting services under this Agreement, Consultant will remain an active member in good standing of both the Association and SHRM.
CONSULTANT QUALIFICATIONS. The nutrition consultant must meet one of the following qualifications: • Registered Dietitian (R.D.) credentialed through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR), the credentialing agency for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (formerly the American Dietetic Association); or • A Washington State certified nutritionist under RCW 18.138.
CONSULTANT QUALIFICATIONS. The consultant must have a PhD in demography, economics, disability studies or a related field with demonstrated expertise in the areas of research design. Extensive experience within the area of disability is required.

CONSULTANT QUALIFICATIONS. It is expressly understood that FIRST PARTY is licensed and skilled in the professional calling necessary to perform the work agreed to be done by it under this agreement and CITY relies upon the skill of FIRST PARTY to do and perform said work in a skillful manner usual to the profession. The acceptance of FIRST PARTY's work by CITY does not operate as a release of FIRST PARTY from said understanding.

CONSULTANT QUALIFICATIONS. Consultant represents that it or its principals or employees assigned to provide services under this Agreement are qualified to provide the services set forth in the Scope of Work.
CONSULTANT QUALIFICATIONS. The City seeks a qualified consultant that can demonstrate expert experience in civil engineering, water resources, and hydrogeology. Experience with local hydrogeology and regional aquifer storage and recovery projects is highly desirable.
CONSULTANT QUALIFICATIONS. The Consultant (and any replacement consultant) meets the Minimum Qualifications to perform the Services as stated in the New York State Contract Reporter Ad dated [date] annexed hereto as Attachment A.
CONSULTANT QUALIFICATIONS. Consultant represents and warrants to District that Consultant and all of Consultant's employees, agents or volunteers (the "Consultant Parties") have in effect and shall maintain in full force throughout the Term of this Agreement all legal qualifications required by law to perform the Services and to fully and faithfully satisfy all of the terms set forth in this Agreement. If any of the Services are performed by any of Consultant's Parties, such work shall only be performed by competent personnel under the supervision of and in the employment of Consultant.
