Common use of Rate Structure Clause in Contracts

Rate Structure. The City and Contractor shall meet and confer to change the relationship 840 of individual Rates in comparison with other Rates at the request of Contractor. Any such 841 changes would occur in conjunction with the annual Rate adjustment process described 842 in Section 10.2(C) or in conjunction with a Rate adjustment resulting from a special 843 circumstances Rate adjustment in accordance with Section 10.3. Changes to the Rates 844 charged under the new structure shall be calculated in such a way that the revised Rate 845 structure generates at least the same amount of total revenue when the number of 846 accounts at each Service Level are multiplied by the Rates charged for each Service Level 847 and the total for all Service Levels are summed.
