Rate Setting. i. The Contractor shall obtain DHCS’ approval of the PUPM rate the Contractor pays the subcontractor. ii. DHCS, pursuant to the process set forth in WIC 14021.51 shall set the OTP/NTP reimbursement rate. The Contractor shall require the subcontractor to reimburse all OTP/NTP providers at this rate. iii. The Contractor shall require the subcontractor to reimburse county-operated non-OTP/NTP providers no more than the providers’ allowable costs and to reimburse non-county- operated non-OTP/NTP providers no more than the prevailing charges in the locality for comparable services under comparable circumstances.
