Rate Centers. For purposes of compensation between the Parties and the ability of the Parties to appropriately apply their toll rates to their end-user customers, NEN shall adopt the Rate Center areas and Rate Center points that the Commission has approved for the ILECs and shall assign whole NPA-NXX codes to each Rate Center.
