Rate Card Pricing. If in relation to the pricing of any Additional Services, Authority Requirements Change or a Project, the Contractor proposes the use of the Rate Card, the Contractor shall provide evidence to the Authority's reasonable satisfaction that it has used the lower of: 34.6.1 the rates set out in the Rate Card; and 34.6.2 the rates agreed between the Contractor and the Authority (and/or another UK Government Department or agency) in relation to similar work.
