Ratable Loans; Types of Advances. (a) Each Advance hereunder (other than a Swing Line Loan) shall consist of Loans made from the several Lenders. Such Loans shall be made ratably in proportion to their respective Revolving Loan Pro Rata Shares or Term Loan Pro Rata Shares, as applicable.
