Ratable Distributions. Any distribution otherwise payable to the Holder made to holders of Senior Debt pursuant to this Section 6 shall be made to such holders of Senior Debt ratably according to the respective amount of Senior Debt held by each, taking into account any priorities which may be established among the holders of such Senior Debt.
Ratable Distributions. All distributions shall be made ratably within each priority level in accordance with the respective amounts then due each Person (or group of Persons) included in such level unless otherwise agreed by the Agent.
