Common use of Ranking of Shares and Warrants Clause in Contracts

Ranking of Shares and Warrants. (a) Each Share received by the Financier or the Financier’s nominee on the exercise of a Warrant issued to the Financier or its nominee (as applicable) under this clause 14 ranks in all respects pari passu with the other then existing issued Shares, but will not in the case of the exercise of a Warrant carry any rights to any dividends or other distributions declared or paid or made on the Shares before the date that Warrant is exercised.

Ranking of Shares and Warrants.
